The team is always friendly and does a great job of taking the time to hold a conversation with you. That helps build rapport and establishes trust. So, when you bring your bike in for service and they recommend a new chain and cassette, you listen and know they have your best interest in mind. And, when you tell them about a persistent creaking noise, they find a way to resolve the issue so the bike rolls whisper quiet as intended. Turnaround time on service always feels appropriate and the team does a good job of communicating exactly when the bike is ready to be picked up.

I brought my bike in with locked brakes and flat tire. The asked if I could wait and in 30 had fixed my bike, replaced the brake line and tube. Price was very reasonable and I will return if I need any further bike repairs.

The customer service is outstanding. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] and Steve are so knowledgeable and they patiently answered every question I had as a new rider; I never felt judged or pressured. They took extra time to show me how to correctly perform bike checks and maintenance and how to change a flat, as well as sharing some helpful riding tips after doing the bike fit. I feel so much more confident out on the bike because of how they treated me. 10/10.
