I recently lost my husband and I'm deep in grief. I reached out to Superior Propane to update our account as well as, place an order. I spoke to Patty and not only did she walk me thru the process of how to check our tank, how things work etc..she was extremely kind and patient with me. Patty let me know when I could expect our next delivery and the delivery driver was prompt & efficient.. In today's world,, heavy in technology it's rare to even encounter another person and to have Patty be so sensitive to my feelings and make sure I was well informed Abt the process was invaluable. For that experience alone I would highly recommend Superior Propane.
