If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy bike shop, this is the place! The manager, Ken, and the service manager, Trevor, really know their trade. I’m extremely particular about who works on my bikes, and I personally wouldn’t trust just anyone. These guys have earned my complete trust. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and quality of work are second to none. I highly recommend them!

Job finished sooner than estimated! Bike looks great except that we discovered that I can't get on the silly thing anymore! DEFINITELY NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT YOU GUYS! Apparently, I've shrunk (like, literally old-people-shrinkage). I didn't realize I'd started that shrinking stuff. Bummer! But at least it's in presentable shape if we give it to one of our grandkids or something like that.

Super neat bikes. The employees at Lake Grove were absolute gentlemen and experts in the trade. Super helpful and friendly, gave me honest advice and steered me in the right direction. Went above and beyond to make sure my geometry was correct. They set my bike up on a stationary system to try it out and taught me how to clip in/out, shift and maintain battery life + charging. They wrote down the best roads and routes on long island to ride and even referred me to a few local clubs. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. I look forward to using this location for many years.
