The driver came out to my house and was not able to get in the back yard because I had closed it off due to it not closing properly. Instead of giving up, he went around the house the long way and found that he could get to my tank and that I did not have any mean dogs in my yard. He was very nice and friendly. I really enjoyed his patience and demeanor.

Products OK. Service is another thing. Hard to get (Usually) on the phone, very difficult to get on & conduct business on computer. Always get late duns for payments paid. Confusing billing system. Now have to pay with credit card prior to receiving service. Over 30 years of being customer & still using Gas, Inc. Will recommend you to new homeowner if I sell.

I have been a customer of Gas Inc since 2007. When I need gas - they arrive in a timely manner and are very professional. I am on a "when needed" schedule which works perfect for me. I prepay for my request gas, and I do not even have to be home for my delivery. Their prices are competitive and customer service is outstanding.

I have always loved how if any time I needed anything I could just ask and was always provided help by Jared Mclean he was a outstanding employee,and worked night and day to complete all necessary tasks,I don't know how someone as lowel and devoted as he was for so many years could be fired for a remark a jealous person made
