Nikki is incredible. She was referred to us from my sister and brother in law who purchased a home with her several months prior, and we have been extremely thankful fkr the recommendation She continues to exceed every expectation my wife and I have regarding what would qualify as an effective agent. She represented our interests, worked around our schedule, and communicated every step of the way. Even now, after the sale was complete, Nikki has continued to support us through some issues we have had with the home. She is absolutely the best agent we could have hoped for as we purchased our forever home. We have already passed her name to other family members who will be planning a move to the east mountains in the near future, and she will be our first call should we need real estate agent services at any point in the future.

I closed a month ago for full asking while two houses in my prior neighborhood that were on the market when mine was have not sold yet. She also worked tirelessly to make sure everything went well with my new house and has even helped to schedule contractors for work on the new place. She will always be my first choice for a realtor!
