I recently set up a service contract. Pam was very helpful and arranged an appointment right away. Stanley showed up for the service appointment and he made an adjustment that solved an erratic furnace ignition that may have become serious. The system is running so much better. He did this service call with what he thought might be a juvenile timber snake looking on! (I begged him to exit but he calmly finished the work. It turned out to be a harmless rat snake). All this to say that everyone that assisted me was kind, helpful, professional and had a sense of humor. That goes a long way these days. Many thanks.
