I met Kano Nious at an open house and was wowed by his willingness to help. He gave me a ton of info on the market that I was able to use when I went back home to the east coast. When I finally found a property I contacted Kano and he was out at the house ASAP doing a video walkthrough for me. He helped me negotiate a great price and I was able to come out a week later to see it myself and attend the inspection. He was super attentive and got all my questions answered and saved me a bunch of money on the house and the closing. He is very attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Great realtor!

Kano Nious was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Kano patiently walked me through the process of selling my parents home. Kano was well informed about the current reality market for our specific location. Kano helped us settle on a fair market price that we were happy with. Within 2 hours of listing the home I was offered the full asking price and by end of that first day I agreed and accepted the offer. Kano is personable and knowledgeable.
