Excellent quality bikes and superb customer service, especially from Vince at the Poole store. Dropped my grandsons bike off for a service and mentioned that he had fallen off the bike and damaged his helmet. He explained that if I brought it back into the store they would exchange it for free as part of the Trek guarantee, which I didn’t know about.

My first impression was of the very approachable and knowledgeable staff. You really feel listened to, however small your enquiry. Trek Poole is not just a bicycle shop, it also seems to be a meeting place for cycling enthusiasts. Every member of staff has a genuinely friendly and interested attitude and a good rapport is quickly established, even on the telephone. When you first walk into Poole Trek, there is a real sense of quality merchandise all around you. There is a substantial range of bikes on show and an equally wide range of spares available. There is clear labelling for all items on sale and with staff always willing to assist, coupled with the attractive display of bicycles of every type (with trial testing available on request), there is every chance that all your cycling needs and wishes will be met!. It is a pleasure to walk into Poole Trek whose premises are modern, clean, spacious and very well managed. In my experience, any customer, whether just browsing, enquiring or wishing to purchase, can be assured of excellent service from the enthusiastic assistants, whether from Maintenance or Sales.
