Great place. Folks there are informed and kind. They helped me fix a back tire issue with my E-bike and held it for almost a month for me without any pressure to pick up or paying until I got home from a crazy travel month. I really appreciated that. They did a great job building out my bike as well. I’ll be back

I am a big fan of the products and services at Trek Mandeville. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is a serious cyclist and anyone else who rides. I have a Giant riad bike so many Trek parts can be used. I am an even bigger fan of the service, the staff at Trek Mandeville are experts in their field and I find myself relying on their counsel and recommendations often. As a new resident of the state of Louisiana, I am glad I am glad I found them.

Truthfully, the first time I visited Trek Mandeville I was a little bit apprehensive because I’m a very amateur cyclist and I ride an old Schwinn bike. So I was concerned that I might confront a condescending attitude from the staff there. However, what I have found is it is exactly the opposite. The staff at Trek Mandeville are always welcoming. They’re always helpful. They always answer my questions and they don’t look down on me because I don’t ride the best equipment. They always make my repairs in a very budget friendly way, and seem to have the same ambition that I do which is just to get back on the road. The shop is highly recommended to anyone who rides.
