When I come there for help, it's never with a bike (we're in our 80s)-it's always with a wheelchair that needs fixing. Even though that is not your normal line of work, you always find a way to solve our problem. We really appreciate your willingness to help with anything.

Staff and mechanic very knowledgeable and service is fast. I had my 15 year-old bike serviced and was recommended reasonably priced products to make it more comfortable and easier to ride. It's like a new bike! Very fortunate to have this shop in my neighborhood!

Jesse and Tristan, outstanding! Both of these guys are so very patient and kind. Marty's Reliable Cycle in Hackettstown is an honest business doing right by all levels of cyclists. No upsells, no nonsense. While waiting my turn for assistance, I watched their interactions with different sorts of customers: a dad with small kids, a serious street cyclist, amateur trail riders, and all were treated with courtesy, respect and knowledge, with no talking down. My husband is hard on his bike and they set him up with stronger everything but nothing he didn’t need. He's thrilled and says it's better than new. With some adjustments on mine, a good cleaning, new chain, it, too, is humming like clockwork. We are both extremely pleased and grateful to have this shop close to home. Thank you!
