I bought my bike from the Springfield Trek Store. Man, I got first class service! The store manager was very courteous and helpful. I get to test ride few bikes - and then made a decision that was best for me! Came home with a nice bike, helmet, water bottle and couple of other items. Absolutely fantastic customer service I received!

This shop provides phenomenal customer service. They are true experts and very clear about communicating expected timelines and cost for maintenance. On two occasions, I’ve heard them recommend other shops when they did not have a specific bicycle or part in stock that a customer needed. That shows a commitment to customer satisfaction over sales.
