My deliveries are always on time and the communication with my delivery person is great. The customer service people are helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the last dispenser we received had "reversed" valves on the hot and cold water, leaving the hot water labeled as the cold side and leaving hot water easily dispensed with no safety mechanism. My husband and I were able to switch the spigots ourselves and avoid any mishaps - thank goodness. We have young grandchildren and this could have been a safety hazard. We love our Culligan service.
