I highly recommend Matthew to any home buyer or seller. He goes the extra mile for his clients, time and again. We worked with Matthew over a period of nine months, first to buy our new home and then to sell our old home. He always made himself available to us, whether it was in the evening or on the weekend. He showed us many homes, guided us through every step of the buying process, was very involved with inspections, and demonstrated great patience. When it was time to sell our old home, he set up open houses three weekends in a row, even though it was close to Thanksgiving, until we had the home under contract. He even volunteered to bring a ladder and shop vac to the house himself to clean a few areas that were too high for the cleaners to reach. Throughout the whole process of buying and selling, Matthew demonstrated honesty and transparency and emphasized doing things the right way, while taking good care of his clients. I recommend him wholeheartedly, without reservation.

Matt Fuemmeler took many hours with me - showing me possible choices for a new home. He went way beyond the typical role of a realtor. He recognized my particular needs and selected homes to view that suited me.
Additionally, he walked me through most of the paperwork and understood my technical difficulties in manipulating the current electronic requirements of many of the filing and signing options of financial institutions and vendors.
Matthew was exceptional in his taking time to help me through what to me was a nerve-wracking process.
