Deborah was amazing! From day one, she was always available 7 days a week. Her knowledge, expertise and determination was incredible. It was refreshing to work with Deborah as her confidence was reassuring and was patient throughout the entire process. From the initial meeting with Deborah, I felt extremely confident of her expertise and excitement in listing my home. I was not disapointed to say the least. Her guidance was exceptional as the listing price was spot on. When I needed advice or had a question Deborah was always available. Moving out of state has it's challenges and unknowns, but Deborah suggested Hunt's concierge service. I could not have been more pleased with this service. The complete services Hunt offers is incredible and very helpful. Deborah is a true asset to the Hunt organization. Her knowledge and professionalism are a true asset. THE BEST NEVER RESTS! Deborah kept us in the loop. When significant information such as: There is a potential buyer that will be seeing the house at a specific time and date and the results of that showing, "They potential buyer is going to make an offer. Any comments regarding the home. Suggestions on how to make it show better, (remove clutter on counters, tables, Knick Knacks, tidy up, She wanted to sell the property as much as we wanted to sell it. Nothing came with a negative tone, always positive. Deborah is professional from start to finish in presentation, information, communication, and appearance. She has a great future in real estate sales. WJR

I used Deborah as my realtor for the sale of my home in February of 2024 and the purchase of my home this September. I cannot stress enough how pleased we were with her overall service to us as customers of hunt real estate. Our 3 month closing for the sale of our previous home hit some snags and ended up being a 6 month closing she explained carefully as to why that happened and had a calming presence during that process. Acquiring our current home was no small feat either. We looked at multiple homes from February to July and didn’t see anything that grabbed us. She stayed the course and was very patient with us. We are thrilled with the service she provided as well as her professionalism and attention to detail through our sale and purchase of a new home. Overall an excellent experience with hunt real estate and our realtor Deborah.
