Kani is an AMAZING REALTOR!!! She is a POWER HOUSE!!! Everything I asked for was what I received and more! Kani Tall really showed compassion for me and my family! She carried the burden so I didn’t have to like asking questions… negotiating credits… contacting realtors and sellers Kani was doing it all! Kani Tall was accessible at all times and was flexible with scheduling house viewings! I have already recommended her to two of my family members! Kani is the BEST!!! I hope to work with her again in the near future!

Kani Tall has been a God sent to my family. She had connections that helped me to purchase my first home with only the money to secure the contract. I signed for my house with no money and a check for $1000 from the seller. I have 9 children and work hard for them, it was just fantastic to have someone work just as hard for ME! Kani Tall is a great agent to work with, I didn’t have to worry through the whole process, she took care of everything. When I seen the house I really wanted listed , I told her I wanted to put an offer in, I really loved the house but was uncertain because many others were bidding. Kani put an offer in for me and I won, I couldn’t believe it because so many were interested in the house. The closing process went smooth, I closed in 90 days which seemed super fast to me and I was prepared to pay the closing fee. I walked away without having to put any money down , they actually gave me money back. It was truly a wonderful experience that I would do over again.

Kani is a very lovely person and very personal she puts her all in her work n gets the job done it was a pleasure to have met her.i would and plan too recommend her to every one i know is looking to buy a house she put back in me what a real realtor is. You could not have a better realtor. Its obvious she loves her job n what she does.she goes out her way for her client's with personal interest. If shes not sure she will investigate i could go on n on about her ability her strength n determination she gets right in there all for her clients she is open, transparent and you can trust what she tells you. You feel well informed and know exactly how the process will go.she leaves you well inform and feeling that you can become or already equipped to be a realtor yourself.

Kani was awesome! She was like a big sister to me and from day 1 she answered all my questions returned my calls promptly she was there for 8 months before I was ready to even apply for a mortgage! She told me how to go about it and when I was ready to start looking at homes she was on top of it she even stop cooking to show me homes! I will forever be grateful and when I felt like things wasn’t going as I hope I would call her and she was always there lifting my spirits up and kept pushing if you want someone who truly cares give kani a call she’ll get the job done! What I liked about my experience with kani is the drive she had more then me to become a home owner.Kani answer every call. I was ready to throw in the towel but she didn’t let me. It’s not easy to become a home owner but if you have kani on your team it’s definitely not go be hard. You just have to do everything she asked you to do. I definitely did cause I’m looking at her as a young successful woman that heart is for the people. She must know what she doing look how many properties she own. I’m so happy for her. So I had no choice but to listen to her cause she knows what she doing. And she not go tell you nothing wrong she wants to see everyone win. Also another good experience I had with kani, I work a lot. I really didn’t have time to look for a house.She have a system where a lot of homes up for sell be emailed to you. So it took me only a month to get my home. I seen multiple homes and we set up a date to see them. I found my home first round looking at houses. Kani told me to apply to her mortgage company about becoming a homeowner in September in 2021. I closed on December 6 2021. Why cause I had kani on my side every step of the way. I must best realtor that’s for the people with a good heart and good intentions ❤️
