Laurie was extremely patient with us, never pushing for a listing in spite of approximately 3 years of answering questions and meeting with us as appropriate. She was well prepared when we finally listed and had a marketing strategy that ultimately resulted in 10 offers. Laurie had a lot of knowledge regarding the laws and the ins and out for buying and selling a house. Laurie gave great feedback and really knew what to look for when looking at houses. She was very helpful in setting up my house to sell and make it look its best!
