Throughout the rather lengthy search for houses, Matt remained not only patient, but also educated us on houses and exactly what we should be wary of. Many folks in sales, especially when commission is involved, find it difficult to remain impartial. I never felt pressured with Matt, and not only earned a great deal throughout the process, but I think he was invaluable in ensuring we didn't end up purchasing a house with a great deal of underlying issues. Couldn't be happier with our time with him, and while we don't foresee looking for another house in the next 10 years (because we are so happy with the one we found), we would not hesitate to work with him again or refer others to him.

From start to finish our interactions with Matt were great. He was very informative about the market and what we could expect. He was spot on as far as price.
