Megan has the patience of a saint. She made me feel like it was ok to worry and that it is a stressful time to buy and sell. I had already filled out a review that raved about my experience and how perfect megan is for a Realtor.i am not sure why I am seeing it a second time. Megan has been looking with us for over three years now! Within 3 weeks we bought a house and sold our home! Her patience is a quality that I wish I had! Her ability to calm my nerves and anxiety is what I needed at the exact time she provided her magic! We would use her again...Hopefully not in the next few years as we found our unicorn. Megan was a referral from a friend who knew how much I was struggling in trying to find my first house. I had been searching for over a year at this point, and working with an agent that didn't really listen to my wants and needs. I felt like I was doing all the work in finding listings to view, she didn't have a flexible schedule when it came time to schedule showings and I was not getting much feedback whenever I had questions or tried to put in offers. It was the complete opposite with Megan!! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted in a home for my daughter and I. She was always reaching out when she saw that I favorite a listing. Megan was kind enough to work around my schedule when it came time to viewing properties. She was always there ready before I arrived, door unlocked, lights on, made it a welcoming experience. Since I am a first time home buyer, this whole experience has been new to me. She walked the property along with me pointing out features or areas to be mindful of. I appreciated her experience and expertise for things to look out for. Megan was patient enough to answer any and all questions I had throughout this whole process. She really did have my best interest and looked out for me as a client. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with her. I really believe I wouldn't of found this house if it wasn't for her!

Megan made sure our photos were taken on a sunny day and helped set up each room to make sure the photos were the best. She went all out on our open house and let us dictate what to do on pricing based on comps in the area. She helped make suggestions on a few things we should do to make the house look better and sell. I would recommend Megan and have recommended her to others in the past.

Megan McLaughlin is an exceptional agent!!! My husband and I weren’t sure if and when we should put our large house in Manlius for sale in anticipation of our upcoming retirement from Syracuse University. We were in midst of completing a large addition at our lake house for retirement home in Adirondack. We consulted and strategize with Megan for what, when and how we should approach our upcoming changes. She did an extensive background research on the house/neighborhood areas, timing, etc. before meeting with us the first time before the end of year holidays. Through her research and strategic about the sale price to attract buyers and when to put up for sale to maximize interested party opportunities. This strategy allowed us to get the house ready for sale with minimum stress. She and her team also brought in a staging expert to advise us on setup and decluttering for photos, video and ultimately for potential buyers. Megan hired a professional photographer/videographer. They came to the house multiple times to show all aspects of the house settings to show on the listing site. Once the house was up for sale, Megan also purchase ads on multiple media modes. Within hours, the house was viewed by thousands then selected as most viewed houses, etc. The house was only shown less than a week before receiving multiple offers well above the asking price while we were on spring vacation. Megan continued to guide and assist us after selecting the buyer. She proactively alert us with contractual requirements that we need to follow through. Megan’s communication via emails/text/calls is outstanding, second to none. She is the BEST professional agent EVER!!! We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Megan was amazing from the first day she met me at the house to the day that we closed. This sale required a lot of time and effort and was not for a lot of money. She couldn't have been more supportive throughout. I only wish she could have gotten a commission from it that reflected her attitude and effort and not just the sale of the house. I have already referred her to friends and family and look forward to working with her again.
