My agent, Nadine, stayed on top of everything and walked me through the paperwork and the process. She was able to find people to look at my property and communicated with me at every turn. She fought for me when it came to a buyer backing out pushed forward with getting my house seen again and finding the next buyer. She made the selling process as flawless as possible in the end and was patient through it all.

I had a wonderful experience with Nadine. Her professionalism and real estate aid were top notch. From the very beginning she initiated a great relationship by making suggestions on how to prepare the house which I believe were instrumental in selling the home. She was also relentless and patient in helping me through what turned out to be two unusually protracted closing attempts (the second, which was ultimately successful.)

Nadine was very knowledgeable and walked me through understanding alot of the process of buying a home. She knew what to look for when it came to possible issues in the home and always was quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted to view a property for sale. On occasion she was unable to meet me on site for a viewing due to being out of town but made sure I didnt miss out on any opportunities with the market being as competitive as it is by having another agent meet me. I let her know what my requirements were when it came to a property even being an option and whenever something came onto market with those features she would reach out and see if I was interested.

Nadine was the best! Highly recommend. Not only did she help us sell our house for more than expected, she also helped us purchase our dream house. This was a very stressful time and she helped in so many ways, which included coming to my home late one night, days before my purchase, when I was in a panic, and went over all of the numbers with me. She dealt with my craziness for over 2 yrs of picky shopping and has stuck around even after our sale an purchase. She has gone above and beyond. She has become a friend.

My husband and I met Nadine because I called her to see a large acreage property. She waisted no time and got us right up there. Alas it would not be ours. About 6 months later our mortgage broker said to start looking. There was only one realtor I was going to call, Nadine. I loved her honesty and knowledge.She knew the first house we looked at wouldn't pass 2 seconds in the driveway. She enjoyed the second house as much as I did. The third house was the one.I sit here in my new kitchen writing this for you. We closed a few days ago.We will be getting a dog on Thursday. Nadine kept me grounded when my nerves went haywire.She stayed on top of potential problems. She was a true blessing. I am so very lucky Nadine. Thank you got all of you work. rrrr
