Nicole was awesome. Right out of the gate we could tell she had the experience and savvy necessary to help us get the right people in the door and the best price for our house. She showed up to our first meeting with a full analysis of our home, comps, and the market in general, and her advice only got more detailed and valuable from there. We moved out of the area, but if we ever make it back to the Captial Region, Nicole will be our first call.

Nicole was super helpful in finding my fiancee and I our first house. She was very responsive and thanks to that our offer was accepted even though we were the third best offer. The best offer got cold feet and thanks to Nicole being quicker to respond than the second best offer, the seller went with our offer after some negotiation.

I'm so glad and thankful that Nicole was my real estate agent. She started helping me right away, sending me lots of listings every day, and she would get me in to see whatever house I wanted to see, right away, and meet me there. She always made time for me, was super cheerful, was totally focused on me, her knowledge and passion for real estate is unmatched, she was always able to reach the seller's agents quickly, and she is so so patient. Every house has pros and cons, and Nicole was very sensitive to what I was looking for, and never ever tried to sell me on a property that I wasn't sure about. If I wasn't interested in a home after seeing it, she would say, "No problem, we'll keep looking!" And when I found the home that was perfect for me, Nicole helped me put together an offer that was accepted even in a super-competitive seller's market, where every listing gets multiple offers, and I was up against buyers with deeper pockets than mine. It was like magic. A 10 is not a high enough rating. I would recommend Nicole to everyone. Thank you, Nicole!

I wish I could give Nicole more than 10 stars! From the very start of the process, Nicole supported my elderly parents in their decision to sell their family home that they had built in 1976. Her patience and caring shown through in each meeting as she carefully explained each step of the selling process (during a global pandemic). Her professionalism and marketing skills provided a buyer within one week and a day of placing the home on the market. Her support did not stop with the sale of the home. She continued to support my parents with inspections/vendors and attended these services in person each time. She was always available for questions (day/night/weekends) and remained the calming force throughout the journey of our family moving to the next stage of life. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicole as she truly cares for her clients as if they were family.
