We first contacted Nikki Henry because we knew her as a friend of our family and were aware that she was an employee of Hunt Real Estate. Nikki promptly called us to set up an appointment to meet and brought in the Hunt R/E person that was familiar with the area that the house we were selling in. That was Valerie Ferguson. Both Nikki and Valerie met with us, explained what houses in the area were selling for, explained the process in detail, viewed the house we were selling, not once but twice, and came back quickly with the $ amount they both shared was a good asking price. Nikki, even though she wasn't our point person, stayed involved at every step until the house was successfully sold. Both Nikki Henry and Valerie Ferguson are top notch representatives of Hunt Real Estate in our opinion and we would reach out to them both in the future with any R/E ventures we would consider.
