We were out of town owners and Sandy made it very easy for us to sell our home. She makes extra touches that help advertise and move the process along. The whole thing was a positive experience. Sandy is the best. She is a great person and agent. I was moving from Massachusetts and she listened to what I was looking for and went to see many houses and do video tours of properties as they went on the market for me. She did a lot of research on the property and was able to answer all my questions before, during and after the deal. Sandy is also very versed dealing with other agents (I was a back up offer), and she made sure the whole process stayed on track. Her knowledge and advise helped me lock down the perfect home. I highly recommend Sandy for anyone buying/selling a home!
