Sarah assisted us in selling our home and the purchase of are new house. She also was instrumental is us buying a rental property. She is very professional and knows the real estate market. In this current market, time is of the essence which she understands that and is able to move quickly and efficiently.

Sarah answered all our questions very fast and gave detailed instructions for us for what we needed to do and proceed. We would absolutely recommend Sarah to our friends and family. We were so worried about making the move from MA to NY but Sarah made finding our home so easy. She was able to share new houses in the market virtually and offered to FaceTime if we couldn’t get to Syracuse to see the house ourselves in person. She really listened to the list of qualities we wanted in a house and was able to find what we needed all while staying within our budget. During the closing process, she answered all of our questions and provided regular updates both over email and text. Her attention to detail from offer to closing was exceptional.

From the moment I first spoke with Sarah I felt comfortable and listened to. After a previous iffy experience elsewhere my spouse and I decided to speak with her and not only was Sarah attentive, patient and supportive but she was also fast and super knowledgeable. She was the biggest help through the entire process from beginning to end. Answering all our questions super fast, being understanding and super fun and personable when viewing houses. Plus she had great advice and recommendations for other things we needed in the process as well.

Sarah was a joy to work with. She’s very personable and good natured. She bends over in to do all she can to make your house sale or purchase as pain free as possible ( we did both ). She was always close by when you had a question. I can’t say enough positive about our experience. We spent 8 months trying to find our house and she was with us every step of the way.

Right from the beginning we felt as though we were a top priority to Sarah. She was thorough and made sure we knew every detail. Any fears or concerns we may have had, Sarah immediately responded. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we recommend Sarah to anyone we meet. She was kind, supportive and helped us through the entire home buying experience. When there was a minor complication on walk through night Sarah handled everything for us and made sure we closed on time. She is always professional and so easy to talk to. Sarah was more than a realtor she was my rock and my therapist during stressful times. She helped me not only through the hard times but helped me celebrate the good. She was very knowledgeable about homes and helped me decide what house was worth a bid and what ones were not, what was a fair bid, and pointed out things I needed to know that I had no idea about.
