Rebecca was a great help with getting this home purchase completed. She worked with us to work through the processes required by the local and state codes governing the transfer of property. She identified resources that would be needed to execute the process, and she often coordinated those resources to guarantee success of the effort.

I have known Rebecca for 25+ years. She was my boss back in the day. Back then she was actually the best boss I had ever had. She was thorough, timely, fair, accountable, fun, serious yet able to make the day to day seem not so tedious. Time had past and we lost touch. Then, one day, I found my home on accident not even knowing I was looking for it. I remembered that she was a realtor now so I reached out. Man was that the right move. She still had all of the things that made her great, but added a whole other arsenal of skills and knowledge. She got me pointed in the right direction with a checklist and what I called "homework" to sell my current house. What to focus on and what to let the next owner tackle. She showed me more houses than the one I originally asked to see, but the original won. Making houses homes is what she was born to do and you can tell she loves it. -Jef
