Response to initial inquiry was very fast. Along with his senior partner, the process was explained well, and traffic to view the house was generated impressively. Personalizing the computer reminders after we had a buyer could have been a little better, as a move overseas required a different list than a local or even cross country move. Everyone was friendly and respectful.
