JR was an incredible realtor to work with. He was very helpful when finding listings that were appropriate for my needs. He had an eagle eye when we walked through houses and was even able to discuss houses that we did not see together (i.e. if I went to an open house). He was invaluable when it came time to put in offers, what he thought was fair, and what made the most sense for me in my position. He handled dealing with red tape from my separation professionally and was very understanding when there were bumps in the road for me. I will 100% refer any friends to utilize JR for their home purchasing/selling needs.

James went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. His presentation from beginning to end was very transparent and easy to follow. His communication was unmatched and we always felt like he was available. No questions were stupid questions and he did everything he could to help us navigate everything it takes to sell a home. The relationship did not end the day of closing either we have made a lifelong friend and he has vowed to help us with any recommendations or anything real estate related the future as well. Absolute 10/10 experience from beginning to end.
