Buying my bike from the Battersea store was a great great experience. Firstly the layaway service that I was never hastened by, so that I could get my cyclescheme certificate in order was such a great opportunity. But mostly the fact that I was able to communicate with an actual human, in the store, as opposed to any kind of chatbot or central office, was a massive reason I bought my bike here as opposed to anywhere else. In addition, Maddie who was the person I communicated with was such a nice and professional person to deal with, from when I sent the first order til I picked up my bike a month later. Thank you!
