I have been dealing with the team at Trek Penrith for a number of years now. Initially through purchase but most commonly for servicing and repair. I find the whole team to be very helpful and knowledgeable. My son has a knack of destroying rims and other parts. The team are very responsive and have home back on the trail fast. The Trek team are always a pleasure to deal with and go above and beyond to help, My sons bike was in dire need of repair, and they were able to squeeze it in on a Sunday afternoon so he could ride to school on Monday!

Trek Bikes and their service have always been top-notch and absolutely worth it. They’ve been my go-to bike shop for servicing for years. The team is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely knows bikes inside out. What impresses me most is that their expertise isn’t limited to Trek. I’ve taken bikes from other brands to them as well, and they’ve been able to diagnose and fix issues quickly, often with an impressively fast turnaround.
