Every time I have called to ask a question, anyone I speak is so kind and friendly. It's amazing! Our water softener is fairly new and so I've called a number of times with questions. Not once was anyone annoyed or in a hurry. They made sure I understood. So appreciated. The icing on the cake was our first delivery of salt. We had Dresden delivering our salt. I can't begin to tell you how kind he was. His communication was excellent. He had been held up just a little bit and he texted right away to let us know. He also helped clear something on my app that stated I needed chemicals to be added. He was just a pleasure to have in our home. Thanks for all you do to treat your customers so well.

We're older and have a hard time lugging 25-40 pound bags of salt into the silo on our own. It's very helpful that the service not only brings the bags, but fills the container for us.

I found my old unit not functioning any longer. I made a call and had a service person out very quickly. I was informed and personally shown why my unit was not working. It became obvious that i needed another one. I selected a unit and they were here the next week and installed it. I am back in service and happy with my new unit. It was quick and simple.

Same day installation after inspecting our utility room. Both employees were outstanding, professional, polite and left our utility room better than they found it.

So far, we are a year into our new system. and it's been a good experience! We have had 4 salt deliveries, on time or even a little sooner. We have changed our first set of filters, with helpful coaching over the phone from Larry. We love the difference this Culligan system has made in our house!

The Orem location has friendly and helpful associates. The whole house water softener and filter has really improved the water quality for everyday use. My favorite is probably the R/O systems. We have them connected to our ice makers and of course at the kitchen sinks for drinking. Water is the only thing that I drink and good quality water matters a great deal to me as a result.
