I am SO impressed with the caliber of service that we continue to receive from the team at JAN-PRO. Communications are seamless, the team is accommodating and understanding, and they always follow up with us for feedback and looking for ways to help improve. My biggest piece of feedback is about our cleaner, Tatianna. She is absolutely incredible. She is warm, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to clean everything for us. She is an amazing individual. She feels like a part of our team! I really enjoy the chance to connect with her when I work on night shifts. Every person on our team trusts and values her contributions. As a veterinary ER, without her, we would be unable to help people and their pets when they need us most.

We are delighted with our cleaners. They do an excellent job and let us know if there is anything we need to get or take care of. We appreciate their hard work and great personalities. So much better than the people we had when we first switched to your company. They've really changed our opinion and made us completely happy with the company and the services provided.
