She works professionally and presented our house very nicely. We would definitely recommend Kristin and team to our friends if they want to sell their houses. Overall experience, the selling was pretty smooth. If we are going to sell our house again, we will definitely use her team’s service.

Kristin and her team are great. They provided great advice and honest feedback. Kristin was diligent and persistent to get our sales contract in place, she never gave up. Even after the first buyer backed out, within 24 hours Kristin had another full price offer for us. After signing the contract Kristin and her team handled all the tasks needed to complete the sale and keep us on track. We closed as scheduled with no issues or surprises. If you need to buy or sell a house, Kristin is your person!
