I had pretty consistent issues with a wheel. The service you all provided was always top notch. The same spoke kept breaking in the same place. Sharing in my frustration, you guys went above and beyond and helped to get me squared away. Now I'm rolling on a set of wheels that I can feel confident riding anywhere for any distance. I started riding a bike again during Covid as a way to keep active. Phat Tire was the first bikes hop I went into and it's service like this that keeps me coming back.

I can’t say enough good things about Nick at Phat Tire! I had an issue with the inner tube on my e-bike’s back tire, and Nick not only honored the warranty and took care of the repair, but went above and beyond to help me understand how to prevent the problem from happening again. What really stood out was that he took the time to give me hands-on guidance and actually teach me how to change the inner tube myself in the future. You don’t see that kind of customer service and willingness to help every day. Nick was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I left feeling like I got more than just a repair — I learned something valuable that I can use down the road. Huge thanks to Nick and Phat Tire for taking care of their customers the right way! If you need help with your e-bike, I highly recommend Nick at Phat Tire!
