I was quoted a delivery price that was outrageous compared to what my neighbor pays. I spoke w/a rep who did everything in her power to help. I was seriously thinking of leaving superior, but she promised she would send an email and someone would be in touch. (I have had several delivery issues in the past and a bit skeptical of everything, but even then, they always worked for an amicable resolution). A woman from their service team reached out and was very "matter of fact". She was able to really do everything possible in my eyes - and I was very satisfied to say the least. I’ve had excellent service from this local business for many years now, but now they are difficult to get a hold of directly because the larger “parent company”, Superior Plus Propane, gets in the way of dealing with Warner’s directly. It is my professional suggestion that Superior Plus Propane should let Warner deal with their local customers as they always have, with great customer service.
