Dan and the TREK Broomfield crew worked with the TREK factory team to find a lower cost solution to repairing a cracked frame for my youngest son's Top Fuel. I just picked up the bike yesterday and the paint job from TREK on one of the last remaining Top Fuel frames is spot-on. With the reassembly by the TREK Broomfield team, the bike looks brand new, and my son is blown away with the results. A big Thanks out to Dan and team from supporting a repair that was within the family budget and need to keep two TREK MTB bikes on the race circuit over the past five years.

Bought 2 e-bikes a rear ago and the sales service was great. Trek bikes have been very reliable and stable. Plenty of use! Now we have taken bikes in for service and the people (Tim + others) were excellent. Only took a day. Also got great advice on auxiliary battery for extended range. The folks in the store are the best!

At the Broomfield store, they treat every customer respectfully - beginner/pro, young/old. Many bike shops in the Boulder area treat you poorly if you're not a 'hardcore' biker.

Jacob was such a delight helping our nearly four year old get her first bike. He saw her excitement, matched it, encouraged her, and made the whole process a breeze. When we were getting in the car she legitimately asked "can we come see Jacob every day?" The bike is also great

The frame bag is a perfect fit for my checkpoint and great for fall riding in Colorado. Holds my vest or jacket with phone, wallet, and some nutrition. It mounts perfectly to the frame mounting points. Gary at Trek Broomfield was professional and knowledgeable about the available products.
