Chadd was so helpful! Not only did he help me find the right cycling, shoes, but he looked at my bike pedals to make sure we put the right cleats on. He also helped me to know how to find local biking trails. Great service! I will definitely be back.

This shop is extremely knowledgeable about all Trek bikes and components. When shopping for a bike, they bring up things about the bike you may not have thought of to ask. Compared to other bike shops, when it comes to E-bikes, they have a lot of knowledge to help you choose the right E-bike for you. I have worked with Joe all year and he is knowledgeable, has good customer service skills, and has helped me out when i have been out of state. Mark is an excellent mechanic and I would highly recommend him to work on any bike. Also has lots of knowledge and experience in both analog and E-bike repairs.
