My experience with Peoples Bank Mortgage was outstanding. Zach guided me through the process with expert professionalism from start to end. Without him, I would not be in my new home. Melody was absolutely a pleasure to work with during the underwriting process. There were a few action items on my end during underwriting and she ensured I stayed on track for closing. I look forward to working with them in the future and will most certainly return to Peoples Bank for my mortgage needs.

My hole process was a great experience, after buying 3 houses People’s Bank really stands out. My loan officer Kenny Graceber was outstanding his professionalism, kindness & friendliness keeping me updated with my loan process. Audrey Dowden my loan processor was amazing. My Loan has been funded and me and my family are in out new home thanks to People’s Bank.

The ease and open communication being in different states. Emails followed up the same day or no later than the next day. The process went smoothly, uploads and signing of documents all done online. I had the best experience with PBM! It has been a dream of mine to own my own home for some time. As a single mom facing financial difficulties in the past, I never thought I would own my own home as soon as I was able to. A few years after filing for bankruptcy, PBM approved me. I was able to buy my dream home and they made the process so easy. I am a real estaste closer and deal with all sorts of lenders and most are not this easy to work with. PBM was very responsive and very communicative and made the homebuying process so easy! I would recommend them to anyone and would go through them again if I had the chance! Coming from a closer and home buyer, they are top notch and I could not say enough good things about them. I worked with Dave and Audrey and they were amazing!!
