We love Aqua Tots! Our 5 year old made SO much progress! I would have given a score of 10 if the coaches didn’t change so often. Our kids get comfortable with a coach and the next week there is a different one. This has happened multiple times over the course of several months. This is my main reading for not giving a score of 10. PS. We love Hans! He was the best coach for us!

I love the staff and the flexibility of being able to cancel and do makeup classes. However, the front desk woman ( general managers daughter) is nasty and should be removed from her position.

I feel as though my child is advancing beautifully. It's really nice to see him power through and his hard work is paying off. The instructors are amazing. Always helpful and encouraging.
