I brought my bike in recently due to a flat tire. I’ve not had the bike for maybe more than 2 years from a different shop and the same tire popped a total of 4 times. The staff was friendly and helpful assisting me. He showed me how the wrong tubing was put in previously and explained what was going on while he was replacing it with the correct one. I really appreciated how helpful he was!

I own several Trek bicycles and each is a joy to ride. Between road, gravel, and mountain I average over 50 miles and 8000 ft of gain per week. When it’s time for service my local Trek store is always quick and efficient and I feel the pricing is fair.
