Overall, I love the convenience of the B Cycle. I have a disability and these cycles help me to be able to ride farther. Unfortunately, I have been stranded a few times with a bike that would not release from a dock and there were no other bikes available. I had to spend money on an Uber to get home. That was a real drag. Wish there was an account credit when that happened.
