The thing I like about B Cycle is the ease of unlocking the bike and the ability to park them back in at any hub. I enjoy not having to return it back to the original hub. I like that the bikes are just pedal assist without throttle.

Bikes worked well for the most part. There should be a way to easily report an issue with a bike, like chain guard was not properly secured (I was able to fix that for another user). There were some issues with quick power usage drop. went from 12km to 5 km with a bump. One bike had an issue with the e-assist, speed/battery monitor turning itself off while it still had 3-4 bars of power (how can we tell you this). Notes helped for first time users, but those that cannot read without their reading glasses had issues with understanding that the E-assist was turned on with the electronics on the left handle.

The bikes provided a great way to travel the river walk towards the Missions. They were easy to use, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. We will use these bikes next time we visit.
