Very clean. Many great programs for families as well as individuals. Many, many different types of equipment. The building is probably the biggest YMCA in the state if not in New England. Love it here. I am very happy and grateful being a part of this community.
The gym is clean, the machines are modern and well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful. I have not had the pleasure of attending a class or using the pool but I love that those are options! Seeing the different classes and community happening around the building is very refreshing. And seeing accessible equipment for people with disabilities is very exciting. Would recommended to just about anyone.
They enhance my life. I love the water arthritis class, chair yoga and the diabetes class. The instructors are fantastic. I could not be happier with my experiences at the Y. I am a senior and have met many members, so the social aspect is wonderful as well. I only wish I had joined the Y sooner!!! The Y is also very affordable and accommodating. It is a place that I look forward to going every week.
I have been a member for over 20 years and I love the Quincy Y. Even though it is a busy place with members of all ages, it never seems crowded or chaotic. And it is always clean.
Pickleball however I wish there was more times when the gym is open and there's nobody playing basketball that they would let people play Pickleball there's nobody using the gym and the nights on the basketball court when a pickleball players could enjoy playing kickball.
The staff is very good they are very informative and always courteous and always willing to help you they're the best keep up the good work.
The facilities the equipment are always clean and the locker rooms and the pool always very clean
