Friendly and helpful customer service. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but they asked the right questions to ensure I found exactly what I needed. And the military discount is the icing on the cake! I will definitley return for all my biking needs.

The staff was wonderful—knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely helpful. I spoke with several team members, and everyone took the time to answer my questions and help me decide which bike was the best fit for me. What stood out most was that everyone seemed genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision rather than simply making a sale. That kind of customer service is becoming increasingly difficult to find, and I truly appreciated it. I had a great experience and will definitely be back when it’s time to purchase a bike for my wife. Thanks again to everyone for all of your help!
