From the moment i walked in i felt like i mattered as a customer. I had a question about a brand new Trek bike i just got a few days earlier and they gave me the time and attention i wanted. Franz is a great and knowledgeable person, who answered all my questions and gave me a bunch of good info on my bike. Ordered a second bike for a family member and shipped to this store after having such a great experience.

The staff was very friendly and informal of all the questions I had. The work was everything I asked for and more and at a great price $$$. They gave me plenty of advice/assistance on my custom build and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done or just help on what parts to use for your bike builds, fair/honest/and trustworthy, I will definitely be back to use their assistance in the future!! 10 out of 10 stars

Pablo, the technician that worked on my bike, was very patient and understanding of what needed to be done. It was challenging to put new brake cables on my bike considering the cables are integrated through the top tube of the bike and he did it!!

Great job adjustment about two months ago. I got new tires and tubes for my bicycle but they adjusted my gearing brakes and everything more than fair price. Great service friendly service too thanks so much.
