Craig and the team always do such an amazing job on any bike I’ve ever had. Even after moving to Houston I still make the drive to Kingwood due to the quality of their work. Great team and reasonable prices on Trek and non-Trek bikes, you can trust them with your bike!

Had inexpensive shoes available on short notice, installed cleats for me while mechanic told jokes.

Great business! I bought my son a bike from them a couple years ago and he wanted to ride it yesterday. He had let it sit in our garage for a long time so the tires were in bad shape. I brought it back to the store and they had it fixed up in no time! Super nice people and the bikes are great!

I bought my first Trek this past summer. This particular location helped me find the perfect bike even though they didn’t have my size available. The employees there knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. The service was faster than I expected and took my bike on a 10mi ride later that night and had no issues

The employees at Trek are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything so that a beginner rider as myself and my wife could understand. Thanks Craig for time and patience with us. Rudy

With 99% bicycle issues - you walk in, describe your issue and Trek's staff understand the problem and the best solution to solve it. Professional, Normally very quick, Price is good, we have used Trek since they moved into their present location for all of our bicycles.

The only issue I have is when the bike was picked the air pressure in the rear tire was at 45 and not around 70. Otherwise, I have always been 100%satisfied at this store and with all the personnel
