I have a Nishiki Cascade beginners mountain bike i purchased in Denver, Co. I rode this bike all over Denver mostly on bike paths on Cherry Creek mall. I told the service mgr at Trek Bicycle Champions I wanted to restore this bike and replace any parts necessary to restore bike so I could ride it again. They did what I wanted and it cleaned up very nicely. The bike rides and looks like new, I appreciate there fast and friendly service. The bike has a great sentiment meaning to me. Thanks again to all at Trek for your excellent service. Steve in Spring, Texas

Mason did the work on my wheels while I waited even though I was prepared to drop them off and pick them up later. This is typical - these guys frequently do my work while I wait. They know I ride daily and as much as possible they make sure I have my bike ready to ride.

They were very courteous and helpful in threat getting a flat tire and a new seat fixed on my bike. I appreciate the expediency of their service.

This is the first timeI visited the store since Trek took over. (Saturday 10/17/26. I want to say they the service was amazing. I met with Kevin and explained to him I need to repair/replace a tire or tube due to a flat. Having recently had shoulder surgery, Kevin was nice enough to load and unload this heavy bike for me. He took it in and it was immediately put on the rack and within about 5 minutes the tech determined it was a hole in the tube. Kevin kept me informed each step of the way. Within just a few minutes maybe 10, the tire/tube was replaced and completed. It was a great experience, and in fact I have another bike I am bringing soon for repair also. Thank you so much for all the help and great service.

There's no doubt in my mind that they are genuinely concerned about you and the well-being of your bicycle and its accessories. They give incredibly wonderful advice. It's refreshing to know that they aren't trying to make money off of you or to take advantage of you. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Their services are fantastic. They are truly trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Been taking my Trek there since new in 2018. I always get friendly folk to deal with and the work is always done correctly and in a timely manner. Prices seem fair.
