Nathan did a great job with communicating with me about what needs address on my bike now and in the next 6 months to year. He listened that I ride often and made sure to minimize how long they had my bike.

Greeted nicely on entry; they looked at the bike quickly, gave a recommendation, and the issue was fixed in hours rather than the weeks I experienced at other stores, including this same store a few years ago. This is now a well-run, and very helpful (and fast) to take a bike for service, not simply buy one.
