The Trek Store Team is helpful and attentive. I’ve bought multiple bikes new now and always seem like I’m getting a quality bike with good support, and they won’t leave me stranded or struggling. Even the lower lines and kids bike seem to have decent components. With my needs being casual rides on my MTB and keeping my kids interested in the outdoors, the bikes and merchandise in the store seem catered to more serious riders that have more time and funds devoted to long rides. But the store and staff are very helpful. They recently ordered parts for me, and kept me in the loop timely.
