I bought my Trek to ship to Taiwan where I am living now, I ride every other day and the bike is fantastic, the little bike shop that put it together had many people want to buy one when they saw it in his shop. Mostly Giants are here, have not seen a Trek yet. I turn 73 in a few weeks and I am riding 18 miles per hour and getting stronger, it is awesome

Trek West U always take care of everything I need. The guys in store are knowledgeable and approachable which makes coming to the store easy and I can get what I need the first time. While I don’t ride a Trek bike, the guys still take care of my bike as if it were a Trek bike. Appreciate all their hard work!

My first experience at this store since Trek took over from Bike Barn was nothing short of exceptional. I brought the bike on a Sunday morning after a frustrating experience over two weeks - and no progress or updates - at another store closer to my house. Tim and Tyler were both professional in their assessment of the issue on the bike and timely in their communication. Less than three hours after I dropped off the bike, I was told that not only the problem was identified, but also that the mechanics had the parts and were to finish the job so that I could pick up the bike that same afternoon. Well done & thank you!

This Trek shop embraces their maintenance and repair roles seriously. I got a pretty comprehensive Level 2 maintenance job and the turnaround was fast. After riding for a few miles, I identified a small glitch in the gearing. I brought my bike back and they fixed it in 2 minutes. They are very responsive.

What I like most about Trek Bicycle Houston West University is not just the fact that they sell great bikes, but that every time I have a problem, I can take my bike into the shop and the service techs have me back in the road in no time. Their service is outstanding!

I’ve scheduled annual bike fits with Cynthia at Trek Weslayan for the past 6-7 years with three different bikes. The measuring equipment, subtle adjustments she makes, and relaxed communication translate into more comfortable riding positions and more power. I’m in my 7th decade, still keeping up with much younger cycling friends, and setting PR’s, while enjoying every ride and challenge.
