Very personable in the shop. I’m not that old but it reminds me of going to town shops with my Dad to get tools and you had a store worker who spent time with you. Suggestions were given on what needed to be done to get my son’s bike back to like new condition, but there was ZERO pressure. I was super happy with the process and would highly recommend this store.

Sorry to see the shop closing. Carmine was the best thing about the store. He kept the family business atmosphere going with his friendly personality. Good luck to all- Trek Plainview is the closest store for me now.
