From our salesman Jeremiah being very understanding not pushy and a very freindly apporach but very proffesional at the same time.
Klye the sales manager was also very understanding and did his best to help us make the deal that we were vboth happy with.
Ian the RV Parts Outfitter was very knowledgeable and did a great job looking after us.
Nick was good as he did our walkaround and answered or questions, if he was not sure he found the answer for us.
Konnor the Finace Manager was very freindly and professional going over the paperwork on the purchase of our trailer and trading our old one in.
Overall a good exprience for us.

Staff are generous with their time and not once was there the "pressure to buy" from Angelo who was our salesperson. From the finance to the parts, every communication is well received and very responsive with questions as a first time purchaser with them.
Very pleased with dealing with Traveland RV in West Kelowna and the staff.

Service manager Charles Dueck has been an excellent contact and facilitator when we needed something out of the routine (issues do arise with motor homes), and our latest problem, a major drawer which didn't latch, was dealt with promptly and professionally, by both Mr. Dueck in setting up an appointment, and the service and tech staff in following through. The staff at Traveland have been absolutely amazing. We lost our home in the Bald Range Fire, and with our pets and animals, there really wasn’t anywhere for us to go other than back to our property.
After everything we had already been through, the team made the process so quick, easy, and professional. Their kindness and support during such a difficult time meant more to us than they probably realize.
A huge thank you to Drew in Sales, Konnor in Finance, and Ian, who helped us today with our pre-departure inspection. Everyone has been wonderful to deal with from start to finish.
We would definitely recommend Traveland. Thank you for helping make one part of an incredibly difficult situation a little bit easier for our family. ❤️

I find the service/parts personnel (service writer, shop foreman, service manager, parts dept and mechanics) at Traveland RV in Kelowna to go above and beyond to ensure the customer is well looked after during the service appointment. I liked the fact that they will listen to the customer and are approachable with ideas. I recently upgraded my two, 100amp lithium batteries in our class c to two, 300amp lithium batteries and relocated these new bigger batteries. The install went without a hitch and the results look good.
